After more than 30 years in delivering high-end engineering solutions for the photo industry, the Shanghaï-based manufacturer Prismlab innovates for the 3D Printing industry, delivering a new patented high speed 3D printing technology. Based on SLA technique, its proprietary MFP technology consists in optimizing full light intensity to cure resin in a very short amount of time. Besides, its e-shifting feature increases the printing resolution, by dividing each pixel by up-to 16 times.
Its on-board software slices your 3D file, each one will be projected as UV at the surface of the photopolymer resin, forming the shape required. The MFP technology projects flash-light on the whole surface, reducing printing time of several parts. This process is repeated layer by layer, until the 3D printing process is complete.
The diffusion of light is monitored by the MFP technology to ensure a highly smooth surface on the part, therefore reducing the amount of post-processing.
